The Nike Dunk Low "Free 99 Black" released on May 25, 2021, at 09:00 for €110. The name referred to the "Free 99" theme of the pair, and the black version was one of two colorways, next to a white one that followed in June. Like many Dunk Low releases from that year, the pair drew a lot of attention ahead of its drop. The Dunk first came out in 1985 as a basketball shoe and became one of the most wanted Nike models of the early 2020s. European stores opened their online drops at 09:00, and a second chance section followed afterward. Today, the "Free 99 Black" is mostly found on marketplaces such as KLEKT.
