Nike Air Max Day 2021 took place on March 26, 2021. For that year, Nike planned an interactive journey around the globe, which gave fans the chance to discover unique communities and cultures inspired by the legendary Air Max design. Creative workshops, exclusive content and appearances by star guests were part of the program, and the whole event ran virtually. Registration opened ahead of the day. Several releases were planned for March 26, 2021, including the Nike Air Max 90 "Bacon", the Air Max 1 "Evolution of Icons" and the Nike Air Max Pre-Day.
