The McDonald’s Pokémon Happy Meal 2026 is coming back with 15 collectible toys and 15 trading cards. It starts in the USA on November 10, 2026, and rolls out to Europe from November 2026 through February 2027. Exact dates outside the USA have not been announced yet.
What’s in the Pokémon Happy Meal
Every Pokémon Happy Meal comes with one of 15 collectible toys and one of 15 trading cards. Depending on the country there are two or three different box designs. The box also has a QR code that opens a game: you search for all 15 toys in a virtual classroom and on a playground.

The toys turn into bag charms
This time the toys are small Happy Meal boxes with the face of a Pokémon on the front. Each one clips onto a bag or a set of keys, so the collection works as bag charms or key rings. The line up mixes classics like Pikachu, Eevee and the Kanto starters with newer faces such as Sprigatito and Sobble.
Trading cards
Next to the toy, each Happy Meal includes one of 15 Pokémon trading cards. Some of the cards are holographic. Jirachi, Pikachu and Absol are among the cards shown so far.
Release dates in Europe
The Pokémon Happy Meal reaches the countries in waves. In November 2026 it starts in France, Spain, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA. More than 40 further countries follow in December 2026, including Germany and the Netherlands. January 2027 brings it to Italy, Brazil and Mexico, among others, and Ireland and the UK follow in February 2027.
