About Air Jordan 6 releases
Tinker Hatfield designed the Air Jordan 6 for the 1991 season, the year Michael Jordan won his first NBA championship. Inspired in part by sports cars, it features a rear heel tab often called a spoiler, a lace lock, a clean toe without a cap and cut out panels that keep the upper light.
Air Jordan 6 retros appear regularly, and the Infrared colorway in particular has returned several times in black and white versions. The page also covers new colorways, Low cuts, kids sizes and collaborations, some of which have become among the most sought after pairs of their release year.
Jordan 6 launches in Europe are typically sold through Nike SNKRS, Nike.com and Jordan Brand retailers. Boutiques frequently host raffles for the more limited pairs, and stock for well known colorways can vanish within minutes. Marketplaces such as KLEKT are the place to look once retail stock is gone.
On SNKREMPIRE each Air Jordan 6 release shows the style code, the euro price and the release time in CET or CEST, plus a list of stores and raffles.
