The adidas Yeezy Boost 380 "Mist" was first reported as the newest colorway of the Yeezy Boost 380 silhouette for 2020. The exact release date was not confirmed when the pair was announced. Upcoming adidas plans revealed reflective improvements, not unlike those on the 350 V2. The "Mist" followed much the same layout as the "Alien", which had debuted the month before, while its palette moved from cool to warmer tones. A gray base formed a neutral backdrop for laces and dyes in a soft, almost pastel orange, and that shade continued onto the translucent midsole.
