The adidas Ultra Boost 1.0 "Aqua" ZX 8000 had two release dates: it dropped on adidas on April 9, 2021, and at other stores on May 7, 2021. The retail price was €180. As the name suggested, the pair came in an aqua colorway that paid tribute to the ZX 8000, the running shoe adidas first released in 1989. The Ultra Boost 1.0 itself launched in 2015 and quickly became one of the most popular running shoes of its time.
