Born and raised in New York City, Hufnagel found a sense of identity early on through skateboarding. His rebellious attitude piqued his curiosity during his teenage years as he rode through various corners of the city, eventually becoming a regular at Brooklyn Banks Skatepark - hallowed ground for skaters and BMXers in the Tri-State area.
Inspired by Hufnagel's birthplace and adopted hometown, the Nike SB Dunk Low pairs allusions to both the gritty concrete jungle where Keith fell in love with skateboarding and the sunnier but rougher Bay Area where he turned a personal project into a global brand.
